The COMEN NF5 is a high flow heated respiratory humidifier designed for critical care use with infants, children, and adults. It delivers a wide flow range of 2-30 L/min for infants/children and 10-80 L/min for adults (2-80 L/min overall), heating gas close to human core body temperature (37C) at 100% relative humidity (44 mg/L). Three temperature sensors provide real-time, synchronized closed-loop temperature feedback, and the device features a 4.3-inch touch screen with a large-font, intuitive UI for easy operation. It includes a high-precision electronic air-oxygen mixing system with one-touch O2 flush, an ultra-quiet turbine that requires no compressed air supply, and an integrated battery for patient transport. Safety features include joint high-temperature alarms, smart water level management, and over-temperature protection, and it supports optional SpO2 monitoring modules (Comen, Masimo, or Nellcor).
