The HAMILTON-HF90 is an advanced high flow oxygen therapy device serving adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients across emergency rooms, intermediate care, and intensive care units, designed to support therapy during transfer and mobilization of patients within healthcare facilities. Flow rate ranges are 2-30 l/min for neonatal/pediatric use and 4-80 l/min for adult/pediatric use, with temperature adjustable from 31C to 39C in 1C increments via double-walled, heated breathing circuits that automatically adjust humidity based on temperature changes using integrated sensors at the patient end. It has a 5-inch color capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch functionality that works even with medical gloves, and automatic or manual brightness adjustment. Notable features include O2 assist, which continuously and automatically adjusts oxygen delivery to maintain a target SpO2 level; real-time monitoring of SpO2, pulse, respiratory rate, perfusion index, and ROX index with up to 72 hours of data storage; an optional battery providing up to 2 hours of runtime with an equipped trolley for oxygen bottle storage; a dual safety-lock system to prevent accidental circuit detachment; and an integrated Aerogen Solo nebulizer port with customizable timing.
