Description

Area detector CT scanner that is the newest generation of the Aquilion ONE line, combining super-resolution deep learning reconstruction with an AI-assisted workflow. It has a 320 x 0.5 mm detector with the PUREINSIGHT photodiode array and data acquisition system, which Canon states cuts electronic noise by 40 percent, and a gantry rotation of 0.24 seconds. The CoolNovus X-ray tube allows 70 kV scanning, CLEAR Motion Cardiac corrects motion from a single cardiac phase, PIQE produces 1024 matrix images and the INSTINX workflow simplifies operation. It is aimed at one-beat cardiac scans at high heart rates as well as fast trauma and pediatric imaging.
