The COMEN MR-M80T is a patient monitor purpose-built for use inside 1.5T/3.0T high-field MRI suites, enabling continuous vital-signs monitoring of patients during MRI scanning. It features an 18.5-inch full-HD touchscreen (1920x1080) and a full-chain magnetic-safe design covering its internal components, housing, sensors and probes, with the main unit rated to operate stably within a static magnetic field of up to 60 mT and its acquisition boxes functioning within the 3.0T field itself. Monitored parameters include ECG, SpO2 and temperature, measured through dedicated magnetic-safe probes such as a high-impedance alloy ECG leadwire and carbon-fiber ECG electrodes. To counter the MRI environment's electromagnetic interference, the monitor uses three-layer anti-interference technology - fiber-optic signal transmission, multi-layer electromagnetic shielding, and adaptive filtering - along with a real-time magnetic field strength display. It supports dual-screen remote monitoring via the MR-M10 remote display unit, letting clinicians in the control room view the same data synchronously with staff in the shielded scanner room.
