The COMEN G5A is the fully-automatic counterpart in COMEN's G-Series, intended for emergency response use where a fully automatic shock delivery is preferred. It shares the G-Series rescue timeline: ready for use within 2 seconds of opening the lid, rhythm analysis and charging completed within 5 seconds, and shock readiness in as little as 7 seconds, charging up to 200 joules. It ships with pre-connected electrode pads for adult and pediatric patients and automatically adjusts prompt volume for noisy environments, operating across a patient impedance range of 20 to 300 ohms. For durability it carries an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, has passed a 1.5-meter drop test, and meets the EN1789 standard for ambulance use.
