Description
The COMEN L9 is a premium LED surgical light built around DC dimming technology, which adjusts brightness without the high-frequency flicker associated with PWM dimming, protecting the eyes of surgeons and patients while enabling smooth, flicker-free surgical video recording. Its Eyes-protection Mode minimizes contrast between the surgical site and surrounding areas to reduce eye strain during long procedures, and a Multi-color Endo Mode offers up to six selectable endoscopic light colors to reduce fatigue during laparoscopic surgery and improve differentiation of tissue types. An Intelligent Shadow Management System automatically compensates illumination when a surgeon's head or hands obstruct part of the light panel, preserving a shadowless field. For procedures requiring long, narrow incisions such as cardiac surgery, the L9 offers an Elliptical Spot mode as an alternative to a standard circular beam. Its Adaptive Illumination Auto Focus feature uses three automatic modes to keep the beam focused as the working distance changes, maintaining optimal focus within a 75-125 cm range from the wound and automatically adjusting spot size and intensity.
