The COMEN BL60 (BiliCure BL60) is an LED phototherapy light used for jaundice treatment in newborn infants of 35 or more weeks of gestation. It delivers maximum irradiance at a 475nm wavelength, which the manufacturer states aligns with the peak recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics' Clinical Practice Guideline on management of hyperbilirubinemia in the newborn. The device offers a blue light mode for active phototherapy treatment and a white light mode that lets caregivers observe the infant between phototherapy sessions while also softening the light for comfort.
