COMEN B8 Infant Incubator

Description

The COMEN B8 is a neonatal incubator providing constant temperature and humidity for the treatment of premature infants and critically ill neonates. Heating is delivered via a dual resistive heating tube and fin-style radiator with symmetrical dual air inlet and outlet, achieving rapid warm-up in 35 minutes or less and temperature fluctuation reduced to 0.5C; three independent over-temperature protection layers (system, hardware/sensor, and mechanical deformation-switch protection) support safe operation. Humidity is generated using PWM control technology with an advanced humidity generator capable of over 95% humidity, using a titanium alloy evaporation element and PEEK thermal-isolation material. The incubator integrates monitoring functions including ExNeo ECG technology, Adap-DSP self-adapting NIBP, Masimo SpO2, apnea self-rescue technology, and oxygen concentration detection. Design features include auto-lifting of the incubator bed with dual pedal and touchscreen operation, an adjustable bed tilt angle via touchscreen control, an easy-to-open damping access design with slow-falling panels to reduce noise, and a 12.1-inch LED touchscreen with a backlit keypad for touch/manual operation.
