The COMEN K22 Pro is a patient monitor intended for use across the emergency department, operating room, ICU and NICU, with seamless data handover from ambulance to ED, OR and ICU when paired with COMEN's K1 transport monitor. It has a 21.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with an intuitive UI that switches between portrait and landscape modes and can display up to 16 parameter channels at once. Core measured parameters include ECG, SpO2 (with optional Masimo Rainbow SET dual SpO2), respiration with apnea-wake detection technology, and temperature, and it can be expanded with optional anesthesia gas, NMT, BIS, SedLine and Masimo O3 modules across up to 8 module slots plus a Z03 plug-in. Connectivity includes HL7-compliant integration with HIS, LIS, EMR and PACS systems, K-Link multi-device integration with anesthesia machines and ventilators, dual-OS (Linux and Windows) support, and remote central monitoring via COMEN's eCenter-CMS platform. It also offers clinical decision-support tools such as SepsisGuide, Early Warning Score, Glasgow Coma Scale and T-graphic trending.
