Description

The HAMILTON-EM7 is designed for prehospital care ventilation, the emergency room, and disaster response, supporting adult and pediatric patients across EMS, ER, and disaster-response scenarios. Ventilation modes include volume-controlled (S)CMV and SIMV, pressure-controlled PCV+, DuoPAP, and SPONT, noninvasive NIV, NIV-ST, CPAP, and O2 therapy above 15 l/min, ASV, CPR ventilation, and RSI (Rapid Sequence Intubation) support. It uses a color touchscreen combined with a press-and-turn knob and hard keys, showing only relevant monitoring and waveform data. Battery runtime is up to 9 hours, and the device weighs less than 4.5 kg in a 280 x 133 x 126 mm sturdy aluminum housing. Its turbine delivers flows exceeding 215 l/min for NIV therapy, it starts up in 30 seconds with an initial self-test, and it uses a pre-assembled breathing circuit set with integrated components. Additional features include capnography monitoring with time-based CO2 assessment, night vision goggle (NVG) compatibility, multiple mounting solutions, and a Hamilton Connect Module for Bluetooth data transfer.
