The COMEN V3 shares its core platform with the V3 Pro, a portable, turbine-driven ICU ventilator supporting patients from neonates to adults through intubation, weaning, invasive-to-non-invasive transition, and high-flow oxygen therapy, with 18 ventilation modes. The platform uses iV-Cycle technology to sense patient breath demand and improve synchronization, and includes lung-protection tools (mechanical power monitoring, driving pressure assessment, low-tidal-volume guidance of 6-8 mL/kg ideal body weight, static P-V loop/stress index evaluation, and recruitment maneuvers) plus weaning tools (RSBI, SBT, NIF, P0.1). It is designed to be lightweight and portable with an internal turbine (no external air supply needed) and can mount on a trolley or transport bed.
