HAMILTON-T1 Ventilator

Description

The HAMILTON-T1 is designed for critical care personnel in hospitals and dedicated critical care transport teams, supporting patients from neonates to adults, and is approved for patient transport on the ground, in the air, and on water, both inside and outside hospital settings. It offers volume- and flow-controlled modes, volume-targeted adaptive pressure control, pressure-controlled ventilation, ASV, noninvasive ventilation, high flow nasal cannula therapy, and nCPAP modes for neonatal patients, on an 8.4-inch detachable monitor (640 x 480 pixels). Battery life is 4 hours with one battery or 8 hours with two hot-swappable batteries. It weighs 6.5 kg (18.5 kg with trolley) in a 320 x 220 x 270 mm housing, operates from -15C to +50C with an IP54 ingress protection rating, and is rated to a maximum altitude of 7,620 meters. Technologies include ASV, IntelliSync+, IntelliCuff, a Dynamic Lung panel, volumetric capnography, and a Lung Impact panel. It has an integrated turbine, integrated pneumatic nebulizer (synchronized Aerogen option), CPR ventilation mode, remote HAMILTON-H900 humidifier connectivity, SpeakValve compatibility, rugged shock- and vibration-resistant construction, and 43 dB operating noise. Connectivity includes CO2/SpO2/COM ports, USB, Ethernet, PDMS integration, and nurse call compatibility. According to a 2019 survey, 71% of intensive care helicopter organizations in German-speaking regions selected the HAMILTON-T1 for their services.
