Description

The COMEN V3 Pro is a portable, turbine-driven ICU ventilator supporting a full range of patients from neonates to adults, providing full support from intubation to weaning, invasive to non-invasive ventilation, and high-flow oxygen therapy, with 18 ventilation modes. Its iV-Cycle technology intelligently senses each breath's patient demand to improve inspiratory and expiratory synchronization. Lung-protection features include real-time mechanical power monitoring, driving pressure assessment, low-tidal-volume ventilation guidance (6-8 mL/kg ideal body weight), static P-V loop and stress index evaluation, and recruitment maneuvers (sigh and sustained inflation). Weaning-assessment tools include RSBI, SBT, NIF, and P0.1. It weighs down to 10 kg with a hidden carry handle, runs on an internal high-performance turbine (no external air supply required) with up to 6.6 hours of battery-powered ventilation, and can be mounted on a trolley or transport bed. Maintenance features include a modular turbine cartridge rated for 20,000 hours, a non-consumable ultrasonic oxygen sensor requiring zero calibration, and dual valves that can be autoclaved or chemically disinfected, with an overall rated durability of 5+ years.
