Hamilton Medical offers highly efficient hydrophobic bacterial/viral filters for the device side of the breathing circuit, suitable for all patient groups, with a pleated membrane designed for low airflow resistance. An electrostatic bacterial/viral filter variant is also available for adult and pediatric patients, including a US-only electrostatic version, providing electrically charged membrane filtration as an alternative to the hydrophobic pleated design.
