The COMEN CH8300CRP is a 3-part differential hematology analyzer that adds integrated CRP testing to the CH8300 platform, suited to clinical laboratories that want combined CBC and inflammation-marker results from a single low-volume sample. It runs at 40 tests per hour for CRP detection, needing only 9 uL of blood for hematology counting (11.5 uL total for comprehensive analysis), and reports 24 hematology parameters plus 2 research parameters alongside CRP, FR-CRP, and hs-CRP measurements - 26 reportable data points in total. Detection uses a cyanide-free method paired with multiple histograms to reduce interpretation errors, presented on a 10.4-inch capacitive touchscreen with an intuitive, guided workflow interface.
