HAMILTON-MR1 MRI-Compatible Ventilator

Description

The HAMILTON-MR1 is a comprehensive ICU ventilator for use in the MRI department, suitable for all patient populations including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. It is MR-Conditional for use with 1.5 Tesla and 3.0 Tesla static magnetic field scanners and withstands magnetic fields up to 50 mT, with enhanced shielding that allows closer proximity to the scanner and shorter breathing circuits with reduced compressible volume. An integrated TeslaSpy magnetic field navigator continuously monitors the magnetic field and gives audible and visual alerts if the device gets too close, even while powered off. Ventilation modes include volume-controlled and pressure-controlled ventilation, ASV, noninvasive ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula therapy, and CPR ventilation mode. It has an 8.4-inch detachable touchscreen monitor (640 x 480 pixels), weighs 6.8 kg standalone (21 kg with trolley) in a 320 x 220 x 270 mm housing, and runs up to 8 hours on two hot-swappable batteries. Features include an integrated high-performance turbine, IntelliSync+, IntelliCuff, Dynamic Lung and VentStatus monitoring, a Lung Impact panel, volumetric capnography, an integrated pneumatic nebulizer with optional Aerogen, quick-release trolley attachment with auto-lock brakes, and compatibility with the Sedaconda ACD anesthetic delivery system, operating at 43 dB.
