Description

The HAMILTON-C6 is an ICU ventilator designed for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient groups with advanced therapeutic capabilities across all populations. It offers volume- and flow-controlled ventilation, volume-targeted adaptive pressure control, pressure-controlled ventilation, Adaptive Support Ventilation (ASV), noninvasive ventilation (NIV), and high flow oxygen therapy with a peak flow of 260 l/min. Intelligent technologies include IntelliSync+ for real-time patient-ventilator synchronization, P/V Tool for lung recruitability assessment and recruitment maneuvers, IntelliCuff for automated endotracheal cuff pressure control, and transpulmonary pressure monitoring for optimizing PEEP and tidal volume. It features a 17-inch detachable touchscreen (1920 x 1200 pixels) with over 50 monitoring parameters and 72-hour trend storage, Dynamic Lung visualization, volumetric capnography, and a Lung Impact panel for stress/strain monitoring. It runs on an integrated turbine (no compressed air required) with 1.5 hours of battery life on one battery or 3 hours with two hot-swappable batteries, weighs 10.5 kg (ventilation unit alone) or 46 kg with trolley, and operates at 37 dB noise. Connectivity includes three COM ports, two USB ports, DVI, nurse call, and EHR/EMR/PDMS integration, with an integrated pneumatic nebulizer and optional Aerogen nebulizer, remote HAMILTON-H900 humidifier control, CPR ventilation mode, and SpeakValve compatibility.
